GoldenTiger.com has offered only fine quality products and
backs up all products we produce and sell. We always ensure
proper working condition of the products we sell and they
are tested before each shipment. We guarantee that you will
be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
GoldenTiger.com does not sell used, refurbished, or reconditioned
merchandises.
GoldenTiger.com will gladly accept returns within 30 days
from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase without any questions. If our products
show any type of manufacturing defect, we will ship the
exact replacement item with no additional shipping charge
(However, an additional shipping charge will occur for all
other exchanges.).
Please include a copy of your purchase invoice to ensure
prompt and accurate service. A restocking charge of 15%
will be charged on all returned or cancelled orders. Freight
and handling charge is not refundable. Merchandise will
be accepted for return in "brand-new" condition
with original packaging only.
Freight will be calculated according to weight and size
of packages and shipping methods you choose. For large items,
we will contact you by phone or email with actual freight
information to confirm total purchase amount. (Our customer
service is available for freight estimate M-F 8:30 to 5:30.)
In most cases, order will be shipped within 24 hours during
weekdays by UPS. You will receive order confirmation and
update information by email.
